Design-build on a budget: using primarily reclaimed materials from the demolition, this banal 1-bedroom unit was transformed into an airy "modern farmhouse" style cabin. Custom built-ins abound to make the most of a small space, adding functional, beautiful storage that doubles as display while providing easy access to amenities, extra seating, workspace, and even a sleeping loft for guest-friendly entertaining. Together with my partner, I designed and built out this space while inhabiting it. Photos coming soon...
